1. How much food fits into the box?
The inner dish can fit up to 925 ml or about 500-600 grams of food. 

2. How many times can I heat up the box?
Heating Cycles: 1-2 meals (battery lasts up to 60 minutes), depends on the heat settings you choose. 

3. How does the timer work? Do I need my phone nearby? 
If you want your meal to be ready at a certain time - just schedule it. Make sure the button turns yellow. Once it is scheduled, it works without Bluetooth! HeatsBox will start heating automatically and you will have your hot meal on time.

4. Does the box work without App?
Just press once until the button turns red. The temperature by default is 75°C/167°F. The button turns green - your meal is ready. Do not forget to switch it off and enjoy your meal!

5. Can it heat while being plugged in without battery charge left? 
The GO is the only HeatsBox that does not work while plugged in. HeatsBox GO can be easily charged using a power bank in between your meals, as it requires only USB-C cable. Charging input is 5-15V and therefore, all regular power banks work fine.

6. How do I clean the Box? Is it safe to put it into the dishwasher? 
The Inner Dish is dishwasher safe. You can wipe the heating elements with water (no detergent!). Please refer to the user manual of your specific HeatsBox version.

7. What is the difference to the other HeatsBox versions? 
HeatsBox GO is the only one that is battery-powered, while other HeatsBox versions require plug in to heat up the meal. 

8. It doesn’t heat up, but the battery shows 27% or so? 
Please make sure that it is fully charged before using it.

9. Will it shut off automatically when not using an app? 
Yes - it will go to standby mode. In addition, you can also put it into "factory mode" when pressing the button for 10 seconds and then confirm with another push! 
Then, the HeatsBox GO is completely locked and cannot be started until you plug in physically a USB-C cable and start charging (1 sec is enough) to release / unlock the HeatsBox GO.
